teachHOUSTON and its students recently were featured in a video segment addressing teacher cutbacks in Texas.

Fox News Houston spoke with teachHOUSTON students and co-director, Jeff Morgan, about the uncertainty these students face as they graduate and seek teaching jobs amidst statewide cutbacks.

“I really want to make a difference,” said Frank Nguyen, a student in the program. “I want to be there and make students become interested again.”
